Executive Director and serial entrepreneur Mr. Chilcoat has decades of experience in management, public relations, contract negotiation, and law. He founded and leads a decades-spanning legal and management firm specializing in the sports industry. He is known for being innovative and thinking “out-of-the-box” to create synergies for non-traditional companies and brands. Mr. Chilcoat received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from Capital University.
Mr. McCarthy’s experience comes from a non-traditional path to the practice of law, including a 24-year business career in broadcasting and sports administration representing various sports properties including Ohio State University, NFL, PGA, NFL, and MLB properties and athletes. He earned multiple bachelor’s degrees from The Ohio State University over the course of his career and his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School.
